Most of the questions we receive are already answered on a public page. If one of these applies, you’ll get a faster answer by reading the page than by waiting for a reply:

- Which sportsbooks are legal in my state? Check each sportsbook review — every review lists the states where that operator holds a licence.
- How do I opt out of cookies or data collection? Use the site’s cookie banner or see the Privacy Policy.
- Who wrote a specific article? Every article carries a named byline linked to the author’s profile page with their full background.
- Is BettingOffice a sportsbook? No. We are a media and analytics site. We don’t accept wagers and don’t hold funds.
Response time commitments
We commit to:
- Acknowledging every email within 2 business days — even if the substantive reply comes later.
- Reviewing reported errors within 3 business days and publishing a dated correction if confirmed.
- Answering methodology questions directly from the analyst whose byline is on the affected article.
- Honouring privacy and data requests within the legal window (30 days under CCPA / CPRA, 10 business days for acknowledgement).
If you’ve waited longer than the commitment above, please resend your email with “Follow-up” in the subject line — it jumps the queue.
